It was truly an honor to be asked back to bring up the sun at The Grove Stage for Shambhala's 25th anniversary. 

This one is an open love letter to myself and a very special someone. It was a beautiful morning for me and I just want to say how grateful I am to be able to travel and express myself through my favorite music. Mornings at the Grove Stage will always hold a special place in my heart and all of you make that possible. Thank you <3

I’d also like to acknowledge that I wouldn’t be able to live this life without all the artists that have come before me. Maximum respect to the originators of these styles and sounds. This is black music. Just about everything we know as modern music, electronic or otherwise stems from black and indigenous cultures from around the world. Without these innovators we as djs would have nothing, thank you. And furthermore, a lot of the settings and the way we gather to experience these sounds, from warehouses to festivals and modern club culture was started by the queer community. Thank you for all your inspiration. These cultures and communities have shaped my passions in life and me as a human.
