Electric Sheep

DJ Taurus needed an intro for his Ambient set at Tranquilo Camp so I combined Symmetry's "Exoplanet Skyline" theme with some new rhythmical elements and voice samples provided by DJ Taurus. The end result is this new track which will be included in the forthcoming CD.

Tranquilo Camp

This is technically a Symmetry track. However, DJ Taurus provided me with the drone and voice samples so I'm calling it an Electrical Industry collaboration.

Make U Danz

Voyagers 1 and 2 venture beyond the confines of the solar wind into a region where the laws of physics defy scientific understanding. At the speed of light my thoughts travel a distance of 20 hours and 33 minutes with a new vehicle called Big Sky.  My usual companions are Bastl Kastl, Air Synth, Mini Kaossilator and Mini Kaosspad, SH-01A, Rakit Drum, Picogenerator, SX-150. Monotron Delay and Blind Noise.

A dark ambient sequel to another Fringe piece called "The Real World". It incorporates my new equipment: the Akai MPX8, the Korg Volca Bass processed through the Alesis AirFX, the MIDIVerb, the AdrenaLinn 3 and the Korg Mini KP2. I also slaved the Monotribe to the Volca Bass and added some Mini KO2 percussion.

While experimenting with new gear, I recreated a new version of an old track titled "Ultimatum", and combined it with some chords from my "Brain Music" project. Hence, the title. A hybrid mixture of "To Go is To Return" and "Martian Desert". This was originally meant to be an instrumental piece. However, while I was working on it, my friend Barry Cleveland shared an old video of an ordinary housewife volunteering for a medical experiment. I liked what she was saying and decided to include her voice in the music.

Continuum Overture

A work in progress. This one flows like "Spaceship One".  It was inspired by sacred geometry.

Multidimensional Consciousness

For this piece, I combined a drum track titled "Forensic" with an experimental track titled "Pathology".  A short version of Pathology was performed live at Eeeem18 in Rutherford, New Jersey on April 13th, 2018. An extended version was performed at Chez Mosc in Allentown, PA on April 14th with the assistance of Bill Fox and Howard Moscovitz. Elements of both of these live recordings were mixed with the drum track.

Can You Hear Us?

After having been dazzled by a tour of the Saturnian moons, we land once again on Enceladus to replenish our fuel tanks with water vapor. We bid farewell to the frozen moon one last time and proceed to break orbit from Saturn. 
By using it's massive gravitational pull, we slingshot away from the planet and embark on a journey to the remaining outer planets: Uranus, Neptune, and the elusive Pluto.

Two weeks after I put the musical equipment featured in this recording into storage, someone cut my lock and stole everything. Fortunately, I had my masters with me.

My fellow band member wanted to create a musical piece paying tribute to a public figure by the name of Leslie Cochran(June 24, 1951 – March 8, 2012)whom I've never heard of but is said to have been an advocate for the "Keep Austin Weird" campaign in Texas. DJ Taurus sent me an AWESOME beat along with some voice samples, so I took the ball and ran with it. I hope this music truly captures the free spirit of one iconic individual.

The original Symmetry band was established in June of 1978 by students from the graduating class behind the motion picture "Fame".
Jose Murcia and John Rivera shared a passion for electronic music through the use of home-made electronic, sound generating gadgets, tape recorders and consumer electronic keyboards (synthesizers were too expensive in the 70's).
The name was inspired by the music and the album covers of Synergy (Larry Fast), as well as studies in geometry and surrealist art.
Over the years, the music of Symmetry has evolved into a uniquely diversified style that is difficult to pinpoint.
It is the band's belief that symmetry is a reflection of divine perfection on Earth and throughout the universe. Therefore, their mission is to explore music and sound through electronics in an ongoing effort to attain spiritual and sonic perfection and share it with the world.
