Why do i feel like a demon that either about to conquer the world or has just discovered earth would sing this

This is like looking at a world full of flames, screams and pain. Youre in a city, or what was a city as all the buildings had come tumbling down. You look over it all feeling empty. You did it. It was finally done. What a wonderful world.

Was it just me or did the begining give me the shivers

too much emphasis on the vocals to make this a good rendition of this in minor key, personal preference, good voice though
