In the last few years, for some reason we’ve become occupied with our differences, and divided by our politics . . . . 

But when times were tough, we always came together.  [clips of Lincoln (reenactment) the depression, World War II ships, FDR speeches, people watching in disbelief at 9/11 on the TV screen, Reagan saying: “Tear down this wall!”]

We are still a great nation.  

That will never change.  

And yeah, we have a history, and we have our challenges.  [faces of people in tough circumstances - moms, dads, workers with hardhats, people out of work]

Yeah, we’ve kind of been in a funk.  

But when did that ever STOP US?  

We are . . . .

[children saying the pledge of Allegiance “One Nation, Under God . . . ”]


This is our country.  [closeup clips of faces of blacks, whites, native Americans, Asians, (legal) immigrants (happily holding green cards), and a swearing in of citizens in a citizenship ceremony]. 

We’re not focus groups and demographic pieces of the pie and numbers on a chart to be divided and exploited . . . . 

We want to be great together, and we want YOUR vote . . . .  

All of you . . . . [show cameos of bright, rising Republican politicians]  

Republicans, Democrats, and Libertarians too.  

Join us.  

We WORK together.  [clips of lots people working in various occupations - in factories, in offices]

And we want to get everyone working again.  

	Because we take pride in the works of our hands . . . . 

We want plentiful energy - for everyone . . . .  [clips of drilling for oil, mining coal, men and women working in labs developing new energies and technologies]
 
A strong national defense like we’ve always had.  [clips of close-ups of soldiers in uniforms in various environments (forests and deserts) flashing from the Revolution to the present]  

AND safe communities . . . .  [clips of people working together in community relief efforts]

An educated people. [children learning from kindergartners in (thriving) inner city schools/school choice schools-to the universities.] 

Because that’s how we all have a good future, a better future . . . .
 
We all want a good life together in our great nation.  

We want . . . 

Prosperity for Everyone!

A clean environment for everyone [corporations and charity organizations, and volunteers working together in clean up and revitalization efforts, and some of America’s pristine national parks.]

When was the promise not big enough for EVERYONE?
