His name stands, since then, on the TOP 1 > Psytrance > Brasil of the TopDeejays.com, which measures the popularity of the artists in social medias. His works have already reached hundreds of thousands of plays and downloads in his Soundcloud, Youtube Channel and on his Official FanPage on Facebook, being one of the biggest from Brasil with almost 200.000 members.

It's been pretty dark & cold in NY for the past couple of weeks, including last nights Blizzard =) and while we are working on a really dope follow up progressive tune to our "faded" remix, we thought we'd try something different for a moment as winter settles in to commemorate the cold gritty grind vibe of NYC during the bitter chill months. Some NY Trap =) Something for the dance floor to get the place turnt with us, a blend of some trap, tribal and trance. On a conceptual level we thought of the tune as one long trip musically, an exploration of rhythm and sound as Ursula Rucker's sweet spoken word guides you through a musical journey where the track continuously progresses and builds, culminating in a "climax". We get inspired by different kinds of genres of music all the time so this time around we tried to create something without limiting ourselves to any specific sound. Here is a preview of my debut release for John O'Callaghan's very prestigious trance label 'Subculture', as debuted by Aly & Fila at #ASOT700 in Melbourne and Sydney this weekend!

The track has been inspired by the very famous photo of these 'Pillars of Creation' which was taken by the NASA Hubble Space Telescope, and re-taken very recently. I wanted the track to represent a space mission that was on it's way to the outer rims of our galaxy to see these gigantic pillars of gas. The journey would be very turbulent on the way there but in my head I wanted to create an 'epic' sounding and emotional piece of music that would really suit the feelings that you would experience as you looked out of the spacecraft's windows, as these massive natural phenomena appeared right in front of you. Geeky I know haha..but this was my whole thought process behind it all.. 

It was also heavily inspired by amazing films like 'Interstellar' and film soundtrack composers like the musical genius Hans Zimmer, and also of course influenced by the 'BXR' sound!
