For this project i used a variety of techniques i have learned over the years such as automation, eq, compression, saturation as well as effects such as flangers, reverb, delay etc. 

I am also a big fan of using bitcrunchers on vocals so you will hear that a bit.

For auto tune i use grallion which is a free plugin that sounds very robotic so it requires a bit of setting tweaking but it also has a octaver built in to it which is great. 

Recently ive been sidechaining my vocals to another track and creating a panning effect in which i then reverberate which you can hear on the hand sizzles and claps sometimes. 

As for hamony i went to jazz school for 3 years so i gained a good ammount of knolwedge on how to construct chords such as the minor 7 ( b5) chords and sus chords youll hear.
 
All the samples are mostly recorded from my basment except the real drum sounds. 
Sounds that i did record is the vocals, piano ( vst plugin ) where i played the part on my midi keyboard, guitars, hand sounds, breath sounds and the cuban instruments i have laying around. 

For plugins i used a wide variety but some of the main ones would be vital, labs, a denoiser, sample focus ( plugin liabray ) ivg12 ( saturation ) and a bunch of plugins from the stock library in FL studios such as deesser, maximus, compressors and more.

Hey stoic and pilotkid just a bit about me, ive been producingn for around 3 years but have been making music since i was 11 ( im 24 now ) i have a good ammount of songs out but i chose this one because it features the trumpet, piano, guitar and percussive instruments which i played!
