HRS is the most flexible large ensemble you are likely to see. Basing itself within the aural traditions of World, Folk and Improvised music, Human Resource System plays high energy music stemming from British Jazz, New Orleans Blues, Scottish Folk, Latin American Dance and South African Township. This band has the unique ability to perform spontaneously composed big band music using a cutting edge piece of software designed by Kieran that displays his improvisations as live notation for the musicians.
