House and techno artists Solardo are made up of UK based producers Mark Richards and James Elliot. Having previously had a long and deep history in other music genres, Solardo, are now one of the most hotly tipped DJ/production duos in the house and techno scene as their new release Acid Rocks is dropping on Skreams label Of Unsound Mind.

We have a very special mix of the day from them today, the mix contains 15 tracks from only them including 13 of their productions and 2 remixes including their take on No Artificial Colours.

Chances are if you’ve listened to the radio in the last 12 months you’ve heard one of Abeyance’s tracks. The Telford based producer/DJ has had seemingly constant support from Radio 1, 1xtra, Kiss, Kiss Fresh and Rinse as well as other internet radio stations. A lot of these releases have been on big labels including Audio Rehab, Ultrabass, 3000 Bass and Saucy Records. 
She’s also played with some of dance musics biggest names such as Ratpack, Artful Dodger and Hannah Wants, and recently had guest mixes on Rinse FM for Dappa and on Birminghams Silk City Show. 

You can catch Abeyance playing in the future for Sleepin Is Cheatin, The Street Party, 1 Night Stand, and Heroes of House.

SUMMER 2016 MIX

Rewind back to 1999, when I got my 1st set of belt drive decks. Garage was the sound on the Birmingham airwaves on stations like Silk City FM. Captivated by the music, I soon became committed to buying records week in week out at £6-£7 each.

Fast forward to 2000-2001 & the MC's were an important part of UKG which was about to birth Grime music. To showcase those early years, in 2015 I released the 1st 'History' mix, & after its success, I'm back again with History 2 alongside four legendary Birmingham MC's that I grew up listening to:
