Now, now, what have we here?

I've been sitting on this sonic petri-dish for a couple of months now, well, since these two cats sent it over to after they took it upon themselves to unearth this gargantuan 4 hr recording of sonic devolutions, in the terrain of The Gun ‘kosmische’ on a 'civilised' Wednesday night. Originally recorded with the intention of ft. on Josh's Netil Radio Show - only half recording was used  - so we get to premiere the full 4 hrs, phew. Lo and behold this sonic tapestry of an odd-ball-off, laden w glistening electronics + scuzzed out nosebleed between two honorary family members. Cast aside any scepticism you might be holding about how long your attention span can last. This stands tall.

'I am not much for one for djing on my own. I'm not very good at it. I suppose it has to do with missing a crucial element, the people. So what do you do? Well you do "radio", which for me, is not really djing anyway. it's about records. On the spot. And sharing them. 
I had a recent discussion with Vladimir Ivkovic about all this: the cult of rarity, the diggers digging their own grave with a Grado shovel. A podcast is not a cock contest, it's just a few songs (out of so many) put together with the will of transmitting something. And not necessarily sense. That "something" is in the eye of the beholder though. Some will hear it as boring, some as doom, some as smiles. As long as something passes along and in between the lines, that's fine with me.
