The other day I gave myself a self induced anxiety attack. Obviously this wasn't the aim. I was attempting to desensitize myself to an uncomfortable, unnerving situation by making it even more uncomfortable for myself. About half way through I had to stop due to the arrival of the attack. I headed inside and up to my bed where I proceeded to feel absolutely awful. Knowing I'd essentially engineered this anxiety attack I had a somewhat clearer mind compared to other times despite the overbearing feelings throughout my body, this meant I was able to just start freestyling out of nowhere about the way I was feeling. I freestyled up until the last 4 lines where I then got stuck. Whilst trying to think of my next line and the direction I wanted to take it in I suddenly realised that I was feeling 1000 times better which provided me an accurately abrubt ending to the song. This is the raw version. I also released a version with very over the top vocal edits to depict the unnerving, confusion that comes with having an anxiety attack.

The overzealous, over the top vocal edits link directly with the point of the song in that you don't have any idea what's going on during an anxiety attack and everything is weird and uncomfortable.
