As a producer, DJ and record collector I cant help myself when it comes to picking up samples used by some of the great producers. This mix features many of those moments. Apart from a few sneaky edits the tunes are as they appear on the original wax. This mix series (1 of 3) is also dedicated to one of my musical inspirations The Left Rev Eugene McDaniel's who passed away 29th July 2011.
