Can’t use utau for now, the computer it was on, I can’t use for now. And my main computer is flat out refusing to download it even after I followed the steps.
Anyway, actual description:
Kasane Pepo is the only instrument here, it’s just her voice samples. Specifically: I, Ka, and Myu.
I tweaked the instrument settings a little, just adding reverb and echo on one, but anything else is just normal Pepo.
