Next up in our mix series is fleika - hailing from Prague. fleika grew up during the heyday of Prague’s rave culture, coming of age as a DJ in booths built for a single night only. The Czech techno renaissance formed him, then the newly-born club culture embraced him as one of its main protagonists. The Ankali resident digs anything that kicks, melts or makes one’s mind trip, but mainly thrives on diving into the vast depths of hypnotic and psychedelic techno – as deep as it gets.

This mix is a recording from fleika’s closing set from his ‘Archiv Technologi’ night at Ankali after DJ Nobu, a couple of weeks ago. With a steady hand, he guides the night to a beautiful end, drifting through airy textures and weightless atmospheres. As dawn approaches and the first light seeps in, his soundscape gently carries dancers back to reality—sofly touching down at planet earth again.

Sybil is a storyteller, her sets bring listeners along on exciting voyages through the imagination. At the core of Sybil’s mystical selections is an emotional depth, textural clarity and a sense of space.
Equally adept at playing propulsive deep techno, as she is at exploring hazy breaks, sumptuous downtempo, soaring trance, expansive drone, and even full-throttle drum and bass, Sybil’s sets often criss-cross through all of these genres and more, as she guides dancers on journeys which are emotive, thrilling and ultimately revitalising. 
Based in London, a notable UK-flair for genre-fluidity and diagonal rhythms can be found within her psychedelic techno excursions. Sybil’s DJing has taken her across revered events and venues on the global stage including: Dekmantel, Waking Life, Paral·lel, Positive Education, De School, Berlin Atonal, WHOLE, Dimensions, La Nature, Mo:Dem, Harmony, Nowadays (New York), Transcendance (Japan), Miscellania (Melbourne) and ZVUK (Kazakhstan).
Whilst Sybil’s club sets are often geared for energetic dance floor exhilaration, her numerous mixes are notable for their highly visual narrative arcs. Subtly accelerating and decelerating between disparate BPMs, she stitches together music from a broad palette of textures, contrasting new finds with long forgotten gems to create memorable journeys which are both rewarding and entrancing. Sybil has released singular mixes for platforms such as Monument, Crack Magazine, Patterns of Perception, Dimensions, Ute, INVEINS and Mysteries of the Deep. 
Ambient sets form a core part of Sybil’s repertoire, and she also curates the much-loved ambient, drone and experimental mix series, Deep Mind Music, which she has run since 2017.

Next up in our mix series is Innersha, hailing from Yerevan, Armenia. As an initiator in the local raving scene and a co-founder of the dk.tsk collective, her artistic development has been significantly shaped by the communal music experience. Innersha is a relatively new face to the scene, with her debut EP just last October, on Polygonias label ‘QEONE’. In the short time she has already carved her sound, and with upcoming performances at the iconic Macadam and pe:rsona festival this summer. Innersha also contributed with a track on the freshly released '8 Years of Ute' CD, which dropped this week.

For this episode, Innersha shares a live recording from her set at the Omen Wapta Weekender at Garage Noord in Amsterdam in April. The mix is a raw, heads-down excursion into hypnotic territory, full of shifting patterns, deep pulses, and high pace. Capturing the energy of a packed room in motion, the set balances intensity with restraint, showcasing Innersha’s ability to hold tension and guide a narrative across the arc of a live performance.

Recorded during the early hours of Sunday morning at Garage Noord at the Omen Wapta Weekender, this live set from Formant Value captures the essence of a weekend that transcended the club experience—where sound, space, and shared energy merged into something truly transformative.

Opening in slow motion, the set unfolds with a deep, psychedelic ambient current—echoes, pulses, and dub textures forming a wide sonic horizon. What follows is a steady, organic rise into tribal techno rhythms and hi-tech structures, maintaining a sense of spaciousness even at its most kinetic.

It’s a set that mirrors the architecture of the night itself: meditative, then elevating, then dissolving again. There are no sharp corners—just flow. Time felt suspended. Movement turned internal. And in the foggy warmth of the dancefloor, listeners were gently guided through a collective dreamspace.

Formant Value is known for his unique & sophisticated sound, that defies easy categorisation whilst nodding in the direction of downtempo, dub and IDM, with elements of D’n’B, trance and techno. Fucckkk no – Vienna-based artist Transki doesn’t bend his sound for fame and he sure as hell won’t chase algorithm-driven trends. “I can’t stand it when people try to flatten every subculture and niche into one,” he says. Staying true to his vision, Transki breaks away from the mainstream with a spiritual path mix of goa trance, progressive trance, Detroit electro-techno and ragga dancehall, all deeply rooted in raw ‘90s aesthetics.

OW12 Loek Frey - Nayan

Some things simply need time to brew. Loek Frey returns to Omen Wapta with his third release on the label: Nayan. The Amsterdam-based artist shares a long-standing friendship with label head Woody92 – keeping each other in motion as artistic peers since the label’s inception. Over time, they’ve built a shared archive of material: sound sketches, tracks, and sonic touchpoints – an ever-evolving third space where their paths continue to meet as they move in parallel. Nayan emerges from this deep-rooted exchange: a distilled six-track release that fuses Frey’s cerebral intricacy with the label’s primordial uncanniness, reaffirming both as key voices in a yet-to-be-defined sonic realm.

Diving into the release, Frey’s signature remains intact – tactile, spatial, and rhythmically precise – but a subtle shift is at play. A paring down. A move toward something more reduced, maybe even more patient, yet no less absorbing. The A side leans inward: deep pressure, spectral traces, and an undercurrent of tension that never quite resolves. It’s music for staying with, not escaping from. Flip to the B side and the palette widens – kicks land heavier, patterns loosen, textures fill the full frequency field. Still deeply rooted in the Wapta world, but with an assertiveness that whispers rather than shouts. Somewhere between absence and force.

With Nayan, Loek Frey carries his Omen Wapta narrative into new territory – merging restless experimentation with dancefloor intention.
