I believe this song was made for the AU "Undertale...?", but was never released as they wanted to post the songs in order, and then it died.
"Undertale...?" was an AU where character personalities were swapped, and Toriel had Papyrus' personality.

We weren't gonna do any updates to pre-existing songs for the sendoff series, but Toadie wanted to do an update to Finemundi, one of the AU's most popular tracks. So here we are. This is the second anniversary of the original Finemundi coming out, so it's actually perfect. We hope you enjoy. Althrough Flowey retains his role in the AU, he shares company with Buttercup, whom is... A strange, talking flower who, just like him, tends to randomly appear from the ground between various places, always observing and having a rivarly with him. No one has ever seen them both for real, and no one knows where they really came from. However, when a human falls and breaks their fight for dominance towards the timeline, Buttercup decide to diverge from her rival's presence and plan the unpredictable.

Fable of the Forsaken is an AU that takes place in the aftermath of a True Pacifist Run. Mt. Ebott, ravaged by the explosion of the CORE, is inhabited by a whole new slew of eldritch monstrosities. Follow the unassuming human Nex on their quest to stop the Protothers from exacting their revenge...one way or another.

Meet Methuselah, the Undyne replacement. He is a distant ancestor of Undyne; an unspeakably large sea monster who dwells in the darkness of deep waters. He is the protector of all aquatic Protothers, and some would argue the greatest protector of Protothers in general. Defending the innocent is his life's mission, and he will do anything to protect the young. In his eyes, Nex is a threat to the wellbeing of Protothers, and therefore he must be eliminated at all costs. Definitely not the kind of giant sea monster you'd want to have a beer with. Even if he didn't hate humanity, he'd still be a bit of a buzzkill.

Alcau tells the story of a facility far away from Mt. Ebott in which a new set of monsters is held after losing its own skirmish against humans. After managing to break free from the clutches of Mt. Ebott's Underground, our hero Nex finds himself in yet another holding facility for monsters where his life is at stake. He's quite a few miles off from where he used to be and quite a few memories off from WHO he used to be, but throughout his journey he'll regain his bearings, learn more about himself, and maybe even bring justice to a whole new population of monsters.

The enigmatic electric elemental known as Syntam (@american-redcoat) takes the role of Papyrus. He's been dedicated to being a detective his whole life, and Nex's arrival is his biggest mystery yet! Don't mind him, he's totally harmless...provided you have no information he needs. If you do, well then...he's...slightly less harmless?

For newer UTSC people, "Fableflip" was a very old Storyswap take way back when. I just used that one because it's easier to combine Schreibertale with Fableflip than "Storyswap" or "Opposite Pages."
"Schreiberstoryswap" doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.

Undertale: Grounded is a switch-up AU where, following the idea she shows in True Pacifist, Toriel decided to absorb a human soul after Asriel and Chara's passing to cross the barrier, and this context of radical changes culminates in the wiping of the Dreemurrs from royalty and the coronation of a new ruler. With that and with other change of events, a range of characters swicthes up, mantaining their personalities and adapting to each situation they're placed in with them.
