I am very proud to present you Tronic's 500th release. When I started the label close to 30 years ago, I never thought that it would reach such a milestone. There have been many highs and lows, but what kept us going was the true passion for honest house and techno and always trying to push forward! This release features three of my tracks as well as a remix from techno OG Joey Beltram. <p>Paride Saraceni is back on Agile and gets straight to the point with &#8220;Skyline&#8221;, where we find him rolling out the percussion and bringing in classy, evolving synths over a rocksteady drumset.&nbsp; The optimistic vibe of &#8220;West Village&#8221; is up next, letting a rubber-band bassline take control, while persistent stabs keep the momentum going and hypnotic electronics grind away in the background.</p>

<p>We welcome Ramon Tapia to Agile as he whips out a cut that never lets up, courtesy of a persistent stab that manically runs throughout the length of the affair.&nbsp; Meanwhile, the locomotive rhythm section chugs away effortlessly and provides the perfect backdrop for subliminal synth washes to do their thing.&nbsp; Label boss Uto Karem is on the remix, and he dubs things out in his version, keeping things claustrophobic and tense.&nbsp; Cavernous effects offer some welcomed breathing space and the sub bass rumbles on.</p>

Christian Smith recently spent a few days in Germany working on some tracks with Eric Sneo. Life Moves Pretty Fast has a nice old school feel, but with todays production. Loads of energy with phat grooves, and analog stabs. Deluxe is arpeggio driven, more hypnotic, but equally powerful!

Rene Wise returns to Dustin Zahn’s Enemy Records with a massive follow up to 2022’s label debut, Jungle House. On “Deprivation,” the Moving Pressure artist delivers 4 undeniable, heads-down Techno grooves in his signature style.

Minimalism is the theme on the A-side. Anxiety and Insomnia are both stripped down and tripped out. Both hold steady in arrangement, allowing for the smallest details to shine through. Each track is topped off with Rene’s otherworldly synth washes and FX splashes atop of steady unwavering grooves.

A slight departure from his usual grooves, the B-side drifts off into uncharted territory while keeping in line with the moodiness of the A side. Sakar focuses on a pulsating tension-building synth line in constant flux. Meanwhile, staccato basslines and percussive splashes merge to form the record’s funkiest moment on Cutting Thick.
