We are happy to welcome Maceo Plex to Drumcode with the fourth instalment of his Conjure series, ‘Conjure Infinity’. Featuring two tracks ‘Conjure Dreams’ and ‘Conjure Floyd’, both are peak time monsters that introduce two very different elements. ‘Conjure Dreams’ utilises a groovy, melodic bass that is reinforced using tight thumping drums to shatter any dance floor into the universe. ‘Conjure Floyd’ builds into a more ‘heads down’ techno vibe with a very interesting breakdown. Two sure fire tracks to ignite the floor.

Uto&#8217;s latest outing on his own Agile Recordings kicks off with an ultra-sensual rhythm section before letting the sly bassline set the tone and the quirky percussion intertwine with discordant synths and vocal snippets.&nbsp; On the first rework of &#8220;Reflective&#8221;, we have none other than the mighty Dosem who fattens things up, mangles the original&#8217;s vocal edits and then adds his trademarked melodic chords for a more nostalgic feel. Closing up, Paride Saraceni&#8217;s percussion-led version of the same track boasts commanding stabs, while the rubber-band bass holds everything together in style.

After the positive reactions on "Diablo", Oliver and I naturally decided to dive into a follow-up (with a rather appropriate title)! Not sure why we chose Spanish names but we seemed to be onto a good thing so we decided to keep nurturing those creative instincts. We had quite a few ideas going back and forth with this one, hence the two-part approach to the final version. Conceptually and with the working title, we wanted to take a lighter approach to this one, creating something less sinister than "Diablo" and I think that we succeeded nicely, helping to eventually take things into our "Elements" series. I should also mention how excited we were to have a brilliant Gaiser mix for this! - Dubfire

Our label boss strikes once again and takes a steep turn towards new pastures with "Who's Right", which is hazily led by a tropical bassline. Lazy snares add to the laidback feel and the show is literally stolen by the sneakiest, dirtiest, funk bass around.

"Insync" tones things down with its subtle melodic touches and classy low end, while ethereal effects are added to an extra-spacious arrangement with tons of room to breathe.

Juan Ddd returns to Agile with his new techno EP &#8216;Kings&#8217;. Juan starts things off with &#8216;Kings&#8217; which is a futuristic blend of techno bleeps. A pulsating melody mixed up perfectly with a gritty driving bassline. &#8216;El Bronx&#8217; has the same techno feeling, a bouncy techno groove joining an array of elusive melodies on the foreground. The melody is then mixed with a heavy bassline that remains distorted while the varied of elements give to this track an epic feel. Closing this EP is &#8216;Queens&#8217;, with solid drums and plenty of haunting samples. This track holds a serious techno groove as it bounces over synths, though a lot of credit goes to the melody, which is contagious. A perfect EP and extreme care from Juan Ddd has been taken with this release. Quality stuff once more for Agile.
