Grab the keys, put on the helmet and get ready to ride the Sobek motor racing circuit. 'Monza' is the name of the EP, a mix of ripping and speedy synthesizers, ancestral percussions, atmospheres that suck you in like black holes and the endless tunnel drop.

"Cuarantena Furiosa" is the track which the race begins, gravitational breaks, robotic rhythms and alarming synths indicate that there is no turning back, the race has begun. It’s followed by 'Monza', the direct way to the binary realm, a liberating space, where the pulses of the motors do not stop and the speed leaves behind the reality reaching the maximum speed, the point in space where time disintegrates.

"Oscuro" is a cut more oriented to the dancefloor, its hypnotic and frenetic synthesizers trap you and lead you to madness, and when you finally think you have hit bottom and can not descend any further, you realize that it is only the beginning. To close the EP is "Tres", a track where the huge voice starts the countdown to return to reality, a moment to breathe, grease the motors and wait for the next destination.

USA deep house master Jus-Ed strikes again with two I-Robots reworks exclusively produced for Opilec Music and releasing on his birthday in 2024.

The friendship of the two started years ago when Opilec Music boss I-Robots immedialy recognized Ed's talent and how relevant his UQ label material was, since then they have been firm friends.

Everything started in Turin during an event back in early 2000, and they met again in the city last October 2023 during the Opilec Music/Turin Dancefloor Express "Don't Believe The Hype" party when they decided to release something together.

"House Madic" I-Robots Remix totally flips the Chicago style vision of the original version into a spacey acid house killer... Special vocals samples are coming from a rare original afro american 1970 political speech record from I-Robots serious vinyl collection.

"Start Of Something New" is a solid Chicago soulful deep house tune with Ed's vocals that I-Robots decided to maximise, makin his journey much longer...

'Ascension Hymn' rushes headlong into a mechanical shunter, abruptly dragged back by a frail and singular voice reciting an uncertain mantra of self-fulfilment over this blunted hardcore epic spanning 13 minutes.

As the pandemic continues to put a halt on clubbing as we knew it, techno dons Pan-Pot have adapted their sound to suit these uncertain times. The dancefloor focus remains, but on their latest EP,  there’s a restraint and delicacy to the tracks that reveals yet another facet of the duo’s creativity, and innate understanding of what their fans want to hear right now. 
 
“Keid” builds slowly with rustling percussion, insistent tapping and a sneaky, smouldering bassline that bypasses the predictable massive drop for something moodier and more subtle. Exotic jungle sounds, tribal drums and cool bleeps open the atmospheric “Planet9”, which soon pivots towards a thrilling build and ravey arpeggios that sound ripe for dank basement clubs and open-air festivals alike. “Echoes from Epsilon” is probably the most unexpected track of the lot. Five and a half minutes of ambience is characterised by airy pads, windchime synths, and a transportative, meditative air that is light years away from Pan-Pot’s typical fare. 
 
At once timeless and completely of the moment, Keid is a surprising, refreshing release from the industry veterans that should both please old fans and win new ones.
