The vinyl version features tracks 3 and 4, "Analysis Paralysis" and "Eternal Recurrence."

Operator, one of the UK’s finest kept secrets sent us an absolutely massive interpretation of Physical Language.
Another warm welcome to From 0-1 for Diego Amura from Naples. He remixed Physical Language in the spirit of his signature banging, heady style.
San Francisco artist JX-216 (aka Milkplant), takes a heavy psychedelic approach to his remix of ‘Reflection’; while Seattle artist, Sone reinterprets ‘Depressive Section’ with his driving, mesmerizing design.

Opal Balance is the inaugural EP on Peter Van Hoesen’s new Center 91 imprint, which will host a series of releases in 2019.

Via this newly launched platform, Peter Van Hoesen looks back towards his own experiences of the late 90s Belgian underground, extrapolating references from the intensity of the Brussels warehouse raves which continue to influence his practice as a producer, DJ and live performer.

The Opal Balance EP features four hypnotic, disorienting techno cuts. Rapidly mutating sonic disturbances and frantic leads are driven forwards by angular percussion and sweltering sub bass. Whilst there are elements of nostalgia here, Peter keeps his aesthetic firmly grounded in the contemporary, applying his trademark high-end sound design to the microscopic details of each production.

Opal Balance re-examines fragments of the late 90s techno scene, distorting their characteristics in expertly carved acoustic spaces to forge a highly effective package.

Warok releasing the fourth featuring collaborations with various artists, from Breakbeat Techno to mental driving techno. In the Ponorogo series, We are continuing revealing the story behind the label which is inspired by the fascinating Indonesian culture. French artist JC Laurent returns to label with a hypnotic cut in collaboration with label co-founder Coltur entitled ‘The Vault’ featuring syncopated, spacious rhythms, zappy synths revolving underneath the reverberating bass grooves before Enemy Records’ Blenk & Materia’s Ruhbarb join to create a shimmering techno roller in the form of ‘DayOne’ which pulsates with breaky drums and rubbery modulations. On the flip, Skryptom’s Moteka & Shekon provide a psychedelic experience within ‘Gallia’ featuring tunneling oscillations, rising synths and undulating effervescence taking you on an otherworldly trip until Evth & Hearthug round things off with ‘Patchworks’ which offers up acid squelches, alleviating, angelic pads and scattered, broken percussion which keeps the enthralling energy flowing until the end.

Rosati joins the Sungate family with “Portable Universe”. An EP composed of three futuristic, loopy and punchy dancefloor focussed original tracks inspired by the mid 90’s energy. Trømmel’s interpretation of “Elevator” completes the release with his distinctive forward-thinking sound.

Coming up in the music scene of Kansas City and currently residing in Detroit, Uun developed his interest in the fringes of sound as a guitarist in multiple bands before turning his focus to techno in 2012. Both his early work as a band member and his current output as a techno performer share a common exploration of darkness both in mood and in execution. Hard Wax described Uun's sound as a "straight ahead techno juggernaut."

Although he has been producing and performing since 2012, Uun’s profile has recently risen substantially, with releases on Mord, Semantica, and Soma. Resident Advisor referred to this ability to work within many different imprints and styles as “quietly infiltrating techno”, and compared his music to the latter days of the Sandwell District. As well as releasing on many noteworthy labels, he also has his own imprint to showcase the scope of his productions. Titled Ego Death, the label explores themes of existentialism, duality, and what it means to be an artist in the modern era. Now on it's sixth vinyl release, each strives to create a unique and varied atmosphere. 

His live performance is an extension of hard working music first ethos. In this format Uun constructs thousands of studio hours into a powerful contained experience. Each outing can greatly differ as new elements are always added. He has brought this unique approach to underground events all over the USA, as well as choice bookings in Europe at Tresor, Griessmuehle, Gegen, as well as Khidi in Tbilisi. Uun’s steady output of productions have long been included in many substantial dj sets, with the most noteworthy being both Blawan and Luke Slater’s mixes for BBC Essentials. 


He is also involved in the label and event series Modern Cathedrals; known for their eerie broken beat techno and Eden events. While started as a fully Detroit operation, it is now hosting events abroad, the first of which was in Berlin.
