Weaving together the complex tapestry of gore, politics, emotions, and, of course, the human experience in this work is done intricately and reflectively by the hands of Christoph de Babalon.

In this new release, Mutoscope Records presents an EP of five tracks signed by some of the most interesting artists of the current IDM scene, recognized for their constant innovation and experimentation in their music.

The root of the music of this EP is within the most experimental electronic music, presenting a very clear stylistic variety but being the melodic compositions the common thread. The melodies, nostalgic, captivating and emotive, manage to connect with the listener on the most emotional level.

Roberto Semeraro (Pearl River Sound), under the pseudonym White Dove, presents the first installment of the second chapter in his ongoing musical tribute to his late father.

Released on Adepta Editions, this three-track EP serves as a direct follow-up to his 2022 album "The White Dove Pt.1" on Furthur Electronix. Each track is a poignant exploration of grief and longing, capturing the feeling of a life abruptly cut short. Like shattered pieces of a beloved object, these compositions confront the acute pain of loss while simultaneously revealing the delicate beauty of pure emotion..

CHAPTER TWO 

Enduring a long journey, a wandering soul found herself in a desert of solitude, where the sand scintillated like a myriad of jewels. Abstract and eerie visions appeared on the horizon. The lost soul was haunted by troubling mirages that danced before her eyes. Each time she approached them, the chimeras would dissipate, plunging her into an even greater melancholy. As high noon tinted the skies with warm hues, the lost soul began to perceive ethereal whispers. They were calling her name with a bewitching chant, sowing doubt in her tormented mind, as if the desert were trying to engulf her in its shadows. Suddenly, a golden glow appeared, a flickering flame amidst the dunes. A majestic salamander took shape, its flaming scales radiating a soothing warmth. The creature lit up like a star in the abyss of the desert. Cloaked in dazzling faith, the soul followed the salamander. Together, they made their way through the waving dunes and ephemeral oases, where the mirages faded in the comforting glow of the divine creature. After a long march, the soul reached the end of her crossing and the twilight of a verdant land.
