Montyy exposes himself and the struggles he deals with on a day to day basis in his current life. When asked what inspired the idea of this song Montyy replied by saying...  "It's a constant battle trying not to be sucked into the void of heartbreak, addiction, depression and anxiety. I always tried to hide from my depression and anxiety because I never thought anyone would understand. Part of me even felt a little crazy like if I let people really know who I was and what I felt day to day, maybe they would ship me off somewhere or send me somewhere I don't really belong. But the truth is everyone is a little crazy haha and I can't be the only one who feels this way. So I just want to expose myself and my daily struggles in hopes to shed some light on the darker topics of peoples daily lives. All I want to do is help people know they aren't alone with how they feel because it took me 22 years of my life to realize that I'm not alone."
