I made most of this music during winter break after my first semester of college. Most of these songs were recorded in less than a day and recorded with my laptop, a guitar with 2 strings, and in one song, a jarana. Die and Blue Dreams are both old songs I did over the last year that I thought fit in well with all of this. This is meant to be weird. It's all instrumental and it's all heavy on manipulating sounds, both organic and electronic

this album was recorded over the course of 4 months, mostly in havana, cuba, using my laptop, my acoustic guitar, and whatever work arounds i could find. most of these songs are more or less demos for cult vacation. some of these songs will make the cut, some won't, but i like having a sketchbook of things to come.

Testing out the Mooer UK Gold Preamp Pedal, which is supposed to simulate a Marshall JCM 900. Here it is used in front of an amp -- in this case, the Victory v4 Countess's clean channel is operating as the preamp for a Palmer 1x12 cabinet with a Celestion Greenback speaker. Recorded with a Sennhesier 609 right on the center of the grill, only EQ is a hipass filter at 155hz.
