This flip of Jamiroquai's "Virtual Insanity" was originally for a NiGHTS into Dreams concept album, but I used it for for Hez's fangame Sonic Classic 2 as the online lobby theme when I was brought onboard the sound team. @djchidow added some extra touches once it was done.

Man, this was a fun one to do. Thanks to some extra help from SCSI of Notable Electronic Sounds on the bass and scratches, we created a love letter to Capcom's classic beat em up series "Final Fight".

In the last few months, Cody Travers was revealed to not only be returning for Street Fighter V as part of a seasonal DLC, but he had also become mayor of Metro City, after having served a jail sentence between Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter IV. Though I'm a bigger fan of Streets of Rage, I love beat em up games, so I had to do something in commemoration of Cody's new status as mayor. And what would be more fitting than a riff on the hip hop classic "Eric B. Is President"?
