The "Croisière du monde", our almost complete collaborative album with Roberto B (@user-55822457 and @robertoiib) now proposes its eponymous 10th (last but one) track - or, in (our preferred) English translation, "Cruiser Ships Crossing the Seas". We hope you'll enjoy this composition as much as the album as a whole, to be released in a week.

The track was created in collaboration on 3 October 2021 (initial mix and recording in MAGIX by Roberto B), 6 November 2021 (subsequent additions, mix and recording in GarageBand and Logic Pro by Alex M) and 27 November 2021 (further arrangements and recording, with final mix, in Logic Pro by Alex M), and posted on SC on 4 December 2021 (by Alex M).

The artwork cover for the album and all its constituent tracks was designed and implemented by Alex M on 29 June 2021 (in Tayasui Sketch in Mac OS), cropped by Alex M (in Mac OS Preview) on 30 June 2021, and annotated with text by Alex M (in Mac OS Preview) on 2 October 2021 - in coordination and agreement with Roberto B.

Thank you so much, Roberto - for the beautiful musical ideas that inspire again our new collaborations in this ongoing "musique de film" - and more - album, "Croisière du monde"!

I didn't have much chance to use the wah I bought a few months ago, so I tried to make it a song for practice. (It's a loop like Am → E → G → G #? ... maybe)

Story :
Here is a bit of what happens when you loose someone you cherish above all.. the one who gave you inconditional love, the one who gave you life! 
I was still a young music student at this time, but it seemed youth - and all its carelessness - would never ever be.
Nothing I was able to do except... crying, and, just after one week -  when walking along the sea apart from family , trying to find interior peace and accepting - composing this!
I wrote music as I could when back in my car (always had some music paper and a pen in it) and words came instantly.
Days after I could check it on a guitar, and only one year later record it. 
Never been able to play it with bands so that you’re almost the first listeners here … more than three decades later
