All 14 Tracks were written, recorded, mixed and mastered between the dates of 8/20/2020-8/24/2020. 

Solely by a 26 Year Old African American Psychotherapist living in Northern Philadelphia. In an empty apartment with a mic with no cover using Garageband for the first time. 

While working from home during COVID-19 and utilizing his Master’s in Education from Temple University & Undergraduate degree in Psychology from NCCU;This young NUPE sat down & did something he always dreamed of. 

Creating his own Mixtape.
