Parisian artist Assalm is back with his second album, “Slay”. Ten brand new original tracks blending elements of Electronica, Techno and dark Electro with the characteristic deep and atmospheric sound the French artist established in his debut album “Rivera”. While his debut though followed a more playful approach by even adding elements of Trap into the mix, Assalm’s sophomore album takes a more minimal and stripped down direction. The LP opener “Midnight” will immediately catch the listener’s attention with its atmosphere before the heavy hitters “Oblast” and “Valkyrie” kick in to get the blood pumping and set the mood for the rest of “Slay”. This is definitely Assalm’s most mature and complete outing to date but then again that’s probably only going to last until his next release. Either way, enjoy!

One of my favorite pieces I've worked on thus far. Rarely does inspiration for a song come and stay so consistently with you in the production process, but I was fortunate this time to have that kind of inspiration present until the last note was placed and final export was made. Enjoy "Internet Of Things", a futuristic blend of a driving and atmospheric synth soundscape combined with elements of classic and ambient retrowave.
