Jel Ford kicks off his return EP with two tracks of clean big room techno. The title track ‘Backyard’ is a moody affair with a low drone throughout that is complimented with layered synth stabs. Using reverb to create atmosphere within the track it subtly breaks down before a vocal hook transcends the track to deliver a killer blow. ‘Meeting of Minds’ is dubbier and uses a tripped out synth to add rhythm whilst working alongside a synth pattern to keep the track chugging along. The slow evolving pads add texture and keep the track nicely filled out whilst this timeless classic keeps on giving.

Anjunadeep warmly welcomes the return of Dosem with his third solo release on the label, the ‘All Locations’ EP. After their phenomenal debut "Be Elastic" on label MBF we asked Demir and Seyman to do a follow up and they did not let us wait and wrote three strong "tracksters" we associate strongly with mind warped music from Berlin.

Demir and Seyman, the Berlin approved duo rocking "KaterHolzig" and virtually every club in town have written with "Teeter Totter" another grand tune for MBF!

"Teeter Totter" easily covers a wide spectrum of innovative house and precision techno and generates so much joy and heartily feeling that you can virtually live off it! Call it Polka Techno call it what you want, the long stretched trumpet sounds melts you down in a big way and conveys indisputable a top piece of "Berlin modernism"!

The second track "Mental Acid" is another mega whipped up and pumping track of theirs exhibiting unconventional use of rich Roland 303 interludes, a computerized voice and melodramatic post Detroit strings to create a amazing crossover track that keeps you on the edge of your seat or has you throwing your hands into the air in a ottoman trance. Does this sound good enough?

The third track "Accessory" is a journey into the world of elastic hi-energy sounds, mad as mad can be and last but not least it is an amazing unparalleled artistic performance by the Berlin duo Demir & SeymEn.

First released on their No Stoppin EP in 2003, M.A.N.D.Y.'s 'Tonite' now gets a fresh remaster for 2020 with huge new remixes from Rebolledo, Pete Tong, Maga, President Bongo, m.O.N.R.O.E. and dubspeeka.

Opening up the package in fantastic fashion is Rebolledo, the long time Kompakt artist and original Pachanga Boy. His Collector's Edition mix is a smooth and seductive one with lush synths and nimble grooves all working you into a trance. Radio 1's vital veteran and enduring global tastemaker Pete Tong then steps up with a rare remix that shows why he is such a widely respected icon. He goes for a more prickly version which is lit up with big chords and has plenty of kinetic drum energy and epic breakdowns. Next up, French producer Maga's musical project has turned into a real journey through melodic, organic and minimalistic patterns that cast a fine spell. His version is built on a bass guitar riff that loops beneath cleverly treated vocals and becomes magically psychedelic.

Iceland's President Bongo was a founder of the cult GusGus band who now works solo on the Radio Bongo label and has his own distinctive sound. Evidence of that comes here with a superbly spooky version that has vocal chants shimmering about the mix and races late into the night on an indie licked rhythm. Then it is to Miami's m.O.N.R.O.E., who has been a regular guest on this label over the years and mixed America Gets Physical back in 2018. His version is the deepest of the lot, with subtle claps, atmospheric samples, bird calls and humid grooves that lock you in. Bristol techno producer dubspeeka always brings the UK sound and sense of grimy soul to his music, and he does so again here with a hard hitting, dubbed out yet dreamy rework full of class. Last of all is a fresh remaster of the original version which sounds as crisp and brain soothingly clean as it did when first released.

This top tune is set to be a smash for a second time round thanks to these vital remixes.
