I wrote this song in Ireland when a dear friend of mine was struggling, torn between the dream to be an actress and study in a drama school, and her intuition telling her to leave the city to follow her deepest needs. It's about accepting the time your artistic process needs, avoiding comparison,and that the hardest part of becoming yourself is not always just fighting for your dreams, but being brave enough to realize you've outgrown something you wanted, moving on to bloom into your true self
