The year is 2016. Britta Arnold, space-girl, love child and musical jetsetter meets Unders, world-traveller, mad scientist and former Tin-Tin impersonator. It was here that two mirrors met, two ambitions joined and two styles merged to create what is now known as Britta Unders. Whether playing music to weekend ravers, swinging in the studio shaping emotions into sound, or casually planning their creative futures involving bus trips, mobile studios, remixes, releases and beyond, these kindred spirits are inhaling and exhaling each moment like the full moon does the tides. It’s natural. After their auspicious meeting at Britta’s Grrr Mit Brrr party in the magical country of Kater Blau on the banks of the river Spree, much was to happen for our spirited duo. In a matter of months, the chemistry between them had already created an EP for Katermukke, a remix for Jonas Saalbach on Einmusika and remixes for Nico Stojan & JAW, Be Svendson and Arman Miran.

For Britta, who co-founded and managed the Bar 25 label, and
Unders, with twenty years of experience in the electronic industry as both DJ, producer and promoter, this combined love of music, life and international globe-trotting created an unstoppable flow. Soon they were playing at some of the most reputable gatherings around the flat earth: Bachstelzen stage at
Fusion Festival, Shoeless parties in Old Mokum, Woomoon in Ibiza — then Burning Man and New York through to South America, Africa and their home stomping grounds of Europe. Together, their productions and DJ sets are spacious, tripping, techy and transportive. But somewhere, there is also a bearded shaman in neon playing the Glockenspiel while channeling the spiritual music of the world. Simply put, this is the sound of an extremely bright future.

here is my set I played at the legendary Kiosk at KaterBlau in Berlin Sunday night for Britta Arnold's party Grrr mit Brrr ⚫️✖️

KaterBlau for me has always been more than a club, it’s a musical landmark, a playground full of surprises, a cosy and unique space to be free and one of my favourite places on earth! 

the Berlin crowd is very educated. they are in a way even spoiled with good music all the time, yet they are so open and welcoming to anything and you can see and feel that they want to support new and excited faces! 

i felt very comfortable and welcomed behind the decks even though i was beyond excited to play amongst my biggest inspirations and my legs were still shaking towards the end of my set.

the sound of the recording is unfortunately not the highest quality, but i still want to share it with you and i hope you enjoy it as much as i enjoyed playing it 🌟💫 

It was a super fun party. thanks to everyone who came, danced, cheered, showed love.

It’s pretty hard to describe anything from Burning Man without using phrases, sounding pathetic or cheesy. 
So maybe I shouldn’t try. Or I just don’t care about it?
Pablo asked for a little intro about my set in the tie-up night with Robot Heart when I played the Mayan Warrior art car, so here we go:
Every night, when the Mayan Warrior art car leaves its camp on it’s way to the deep playa it feels pretty sublime, like a wake up call for the rave kids with this drum beats, like a ritual where they follow it’s spiritual leader, the warrior dancer follow their flagship art car, it’s getting more and more crowded, surrounded by hundreds of bikes and of course I’m super nervous entering this elevated Dj booth, shaking from the bass or is it just me? And from one moment to another I am in the middle of lasers and fire, I am taking over the booth and after a second I’ve forgotten every fear and just start playing...

Valentin have been building a reputation as a DJ for years, playing to dancefloors worldwide, Huedo is one of the best known Ibiza DJs, and one of Ibiza’s hottest exports. As a DJ who always keeps an eye on his audience, Valentin has grown up in Ibiza doing long sets in his multiple residencies and developing the ability to read the dance floor and redirect it when necessary without giving up his own personal style, a sophisticated and elegant journey through well curated House and Techno sounds . 

From a very young age, he soundtracked the sunset in the legendary Café del Mar being the youngest DJ ever to play there with a residency that lasted for a decade. In the following years he would step forward on to the Island scene as a resident DJ at the infamous Blue Marlin beach club. During his 6 year residency he went on to curate numerous CD Compilations. In addition, gaining further traction as one of the the main hosts of but Ibiza Sonica Radio, spreading the sound of the island internationally. From 2016 to now, he started a residency at WooMooN, a rite that celebrates life, love and art in community that brings back the original spirit of the White Island.

Since the beginning of the new millennium he has been producing and remixing tracks for music imprints such as All Day I Dream, Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Shanti Moscow amongst many others indie labels. 

Eclectic, versatile, organic and with one of a kind sensitiveness to mix genres and emotions at his sets, Valentin brings his true islander mojo to dancefloors around the globe to be danced by all those who live by the sun and love by the moon.
