So here it is, as promised, Kid Rich's re recorded - farewell to Filth Face 2 hour set!! For me this has got to be one of my favorite sets of all time, flawless mixing, and pops that knock your socks off! I wouldnt of expected anything less from this legend!! Thankyou Rich for being Filth Face resident, best friend and a huge inspiration to me and many others. You will be missed but i wish you all the best on your future adventures!  Kid Rich's Farewell note :
After 15 years or so on the scene I have decided to call it a day with DJ'ing. I still love the music but as you get older and priorities change you have to re evaluate things.

There have been many great nights but ultimately there are always 2 brands that meant the most to me... Savaged and Filth Face which were where I held 2 long standing residencies.

Chloe was good enough to allow me a 2 hour farewell to Filth Face set. I wanted to use this set to play some of my favourite tracks from the 4 and a half years that Filth Face has been running (how has it been that long!!!). This was a really fun set to prepare for and play and I wanted to record that set for all to hear. If you've heard me play then it's likely that you'll have heard me play at least some of these tracks before but that was the whole point of this set, to play tunes that I have loved and that Filth Face has loved over the years. Still, there are some tracks of mine in there that I haven't used in a recorded mix before so hopefully there will be something new for most of you to hear.

Thanks to Chloe, Nick and everyone else involved in Filth Face one way or another for all the support over the last few years. It has meant the world to me and I will still be making appearances at filth face as a clubber as I'll miss you all too much otherwise.

Ant On Dex The Union N.Y.E 2020

Valex is a uk based hard house producer releasing various styles of dance tracks on his 'Nitrox'& 'Bezerk' labels including co running Hellstorm trax with Daimon Hellstrom.
Both labels celebrate their 20th bday of releases in 2024.
James has released tracks under multiple aliases such as Valex, Kumite, Terminal force, Imaginary Forces and the lighter sounds of jjames since 2002. His 'kumite' guise with Turtledog head honcho Dave Owens is hard house with a trance feel and their debut album "the warehouse project" was very popular amongst djs and supporters.
He's collaborated and worked with most of the heavy weights on the scene, Andy Farley, Dom Sweeten, Paul King, Ingo, Ian M, Adam M, Colin Barratt, Dng, JP, Narc,  James Nardi, Cupra, Nik Denton, Barry Diston, Frank Farrell and too many to mention with Dave Owens.

2022 Sees 20 years of productions and 2024 brings 20 year birthday celebrations for both labels as well as a 2nd Kumite album so watch this space.
