Bellyman's Car Barz series on Youbtube and Facebook nets tens of thousands of views with every video, as Bellyman has carved out a unique niche for himself in the drum-n-bass universe, gathering DnB MC's together to rock out in a car. For this international edition, focusing on the United States, it was impossible for eight MC's from New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, and in my case Toronto (I address this in my bars...an American now living in Canada)into one car at the same time. So we took it to the studio. As of this posting, the video has over 56 thousand views on Facebook, and over 10 thousand views on Youtube. Interestingly, nearly all of us live in cities other than the ones in which we were born, which is one of the most American things about it. TRAC (nyc), Dre (la), Armanni Reign (atl), Josiah Scribes (bos), Woes (la), Astro (dal), Zezo (nyc/sf) and I had a blast doing this, so we hope you dig it.

Valiant Emcee x Conrad Subs - "Killzone" (FREE DOWNLOAD)

With over twenty-five years as a self-described "drum-n-bass narrator", the Toronto-based Valiant Emcee has carved out a unique space for himself in the realm of DnB vocalism. With years of work as a promoter, emcee, podcaster, radio host, and recording artist, his voice finds itself among the continent's most distinctive. After cutting his teeth on Buffalo's long running DnB show "Underground FM", he cemented his musical identity as  resident MC for the city's legendary Return and Factory weeklies, and playing across North America before taking a lengthy hiatus. Upon his return to drum-n-bass, he began hosting sets for some of the biggest artists in the genre before starting up his renowned podcast "The Vocal", which ran on the iconic Kool FM. Since then he's released on such labels as Fokuz Recordings, Soul Deep, and Millennium Jazz, took part in the USA edition of Bellyman's Car Bars, started the weekly talk show "Roti and Poutine" with fellow MC greats Armanni Reign and TRAC, and joine dthe hosting team of Toronto's legendary radio show, The Prophecy.
