Valter Horvat is the outcome of correlation between machine, synthetic gadgetry, recycling and wandering through programmes. He's a compound of dehumanisation, symmetry, grammar, social crisis and artificial intelligence into a fun-dance combined artefact, under the heavy influence of Kraftwerk, Max Headroom, Proteus IV and Bratoljub Klaić. 

"The Human Factor Is Not Crucial" summarises his very first twitches, released on minidisc in limited edition of 10 copies only - 4 themes, among which there also appears a faithful cover of his idols' famous classic. Valter Horvat supports noble hacking and social networks. He dislikes LOL, LMAO and similar verbal permutations. He doesn't approve of erorrs.
