I'm sure a few of you will be familiar with the original, especially if you're are of a certain age, and as an article in the Guardian (2020) states: ‘The song blew up at the end of summer 1989, by which time a whole generation were going to outdoor raves. What other record are you going to play at 5.30am?’

I started listening to The Beloved in the early 90's and have revisited their albums in recent months, probably for a nostalgia kick but I tell myself it's for music study purposes...
