1976 Anyway

This track was made with a ukelele, keyboards , percussion , bass and vocals. All the vocals are Ali, the high C is amazing!!!. Steve did a terrific job in playing and getting this produced. I added a melody and my uke. The lyrics were taken from a book "Petals From The Heart" and the idea was to produce a CD- EP of music to go with the book. The track may see the light of day in its intended form - who knows?

When You fall (version 1)

From the West Mids and Worcester, this five piece band have developed their own pop-rock style over the years. They've supported 70s legends The Strawbs, Stackridge and the Re-formed 60s legends The Zombies . They have appeared on BBC Introducing and been introduced onstage by BBCs radio's Stuart Maconie. They also done many gigs headlining and supporting over the Midlands area. Independent radio in Canada have also played them. Two albums "The Valuable Fools" (2003), "What's Next Dad?" (2008), and two EPs "Oragami"(2010) and "Bite Me" (2011) are available from mawb66@yahoo.com . They formed in late 1999 after an abortive start in the mid 90s and went through a few line up changes. In 2012 ,after guitarist Warwick and drummer Ian left the band the others continued just recording. However in March 2013 producer  and bassist Steve decided to pursue other things and so The Valuable Fools were no more. However founder Mark continues to have some albums and EPs for sale so message him if you are interested. This page will exist as an online archive of some of  the tracks the band put together though the years.
