Van-H - Rainy Summer Day

At the age of 17 Van-H went out for the first time in his life and at one fell swoop he was dazzled by House music. After that very night he started to collect song after song and tried to smoothly mix one song with another on his personal computer without any dj equipment.

In 2005 Van-H was a guest at a girl’s birthday party. “there was professional dj equipment, but no dj”, Van-H remembers. What made the system thumping was a mixtape put on repeat ! Van-h jumped behind the decks and did the mixes for the whole night. Nobody believed him he did this for the first time. Now he knew dj’ing was his thing. Van-H bought himself turntables and kept practicing.

Later on he joined the crew of HouseDeluxe, which was founded by his mentor dj Tasso.”he has the vibe and the right gut feeling what music to play, you just can’t stand there when he plays you gotta dance” Tasso says.

Step by Step people found out about this young man, who blows clubbers away no matter where he performs. So it was just a matter of time Van-H played music at the clubs in his hometown Luxembourg-city. He even made it to the best house club in Luxembourg “Melusina” at the age of 20.
