This is my interview with Syndi LaFleur.  Sydni is a life coach, and a childhood friend! she tells me about some of the experiences that influenced her to become a life coach. she tells me what that means to her, and why she finds it more  beneficial than traditional therapy and counseling- and how well it can go hand in hand with that.

These are my first interviews with the self starters and do it yourselfers of Acadiana. I’m going to speak to people about how their backgrounds in such a unique corner of the world, meld and clash with the new digital and post pandemic world. I know my sneaux globe has been shaken, I know my friends’ have had theirs tossed around as well. Perhaps yours was too, or maybe your literal house got smashed to pieces in one of our ever more present and powerful hurricanes. I have made a commitment to myself to become a better listener in the short time that I’m not worried about the proverbial piano to fall on my head. It took a lot of work to get here, and I still have a lot more work to do. I’m trying to put myself on a path, where I feel like it’s okay to ask for help, especially when I don’t even know what I could get help with. I hope you’ll join my journey, I hope you’ll find answers to questions you didn’t think to ask.
