is the first studio-album of the german experimental electronic band Theatre of Masquerade. It will be released at november the 16th 2013. Because of the plain black cover, it's also called "The Black Album". The Album which was mainly produced by the german Van Adrian, marks a musically watershed in the development of the band. Prior this album, the songs where longer and more progressive now the band Van Adrian and Ronny Roth write simpler arranged and catchier songs. Theatre of Masquerade enters the electro- industrial genres but also epic ballads and their sound which is not only unique but also emotional offers more than simply one dimension of sonority.

5 months after their debut album “Phanthomine”, Theatre of Masquerade  . deliver, with their two releases a opener from the new album “Sehnsucht”, which shall be released in November 2015.

“Winterstorm” – the existence of humans and animals on earth has an abrupt end.
The earth retaliates – now! Humanity has retrieved a new planet to start anew – again the newfound is colonized and destroyed.

In short: Theatre of Masquerade  talk about the abrupt parting of life. The song isn´t as usually arranged with a weepy, moanful sound, but is enclosed in a trendy synthesized sound which, together with Van Adrians dark charismatic voice, achieves a certain something. “Winterstorm” invites to dance – to see and feel the dance floor for the last time?
