Mix: Songs To Chill To vol. 11

"Shuvinai Ashoona: Mapping Worlds" (06.15.20-08.30.20) at the Vancouver Art Gallery, explores the work of contemporary Inuit artist Shuvinai Ashoona who works in Kinngait studios, Kinngait (Cape Dorset), Baffin Island, Nunavut. In this audio you will hear a brief history of the artists in Shuvinai's family who were among the first to work at the Kinngait Studios, West Baffin Eskimo Co-Operative.
