Once his beat bag is full, off he potters to his intergalactic viking repair shop and cobbles together tracks of double-awesome-happy-times!

Because Scour Records' foundations are built on double-awesome-happy-times we commissioned the construction of space shuttle Orgasmatron - out of toilet roll holders and my little pony glue - and travelled to planet Kibosh to negotiate a deal. The cosmic collector of robots and rainbows very kindly served us up this exceedingly tasty four track EP, plus an accompanying Freemix…and free love, and world peace..but hey, grab this EP first, free love and world peace can be his next two releases.

We cannot express in words how amazing the tour was and what beautiful music Eric played at every party! We toured in 7 cities during a 10 day tour, including two days hiking in Patagonia through the glaciers and pristine mountains.  We look forward to working with Bespoke Musik this year to bring together our PATAGONICA Artist Collective from Chile, New York and Tokyo under one roof !

Glasgow funksters Shaka Loves You are riding high right now. Their monstrous single 'Boogie' alongside former Jurassic 5 member Fullee Love (aka Soup) has taken on a life of its own with many labelling it their track of the year. If you add to that their no.1 selling 'Disco Funkin'' compilation, they have set themselves quite a tough act to follow musically. However the new single 'Tonight' manages to deliver the goods and shows just how fast they are developing the Shaka Loves You sound. This time the duo have engaged the vocal talents of Amunda, lead singer from the band Bossy Love, who like SLY themselves are firm favourites with funk aficionado Craig Charles. Amunda's infectious vocal glides delightfully with the guitar hooks and heart-warming keys and the resulting track evokes elements of the Brand New Heavies at the their finest, which in our books is no bad thing. As if that wasn't enough, the boys also deliver the aptly titled 'Disco Weapon', which has been tried and tested in the SLY dj sets this summer and is a total dance floor destroying disco stomper.

As Breakbeat Paradise Recordings continue on the endless journey of discoveries within the funky sounds of the breaks we came across a special style of bassy glitch funk from Canadian producer FunkinRight. On this debut 4-track EP called Bring The Funk we are seeing FunkinRight doing just that with a sweet organic electronic funk with bold heavy basslines and steady rocking beats alone with some clever sampling into the classic breaks goldmine &ndash; twisted in brand new way.

FunkinRight is no stranger to the funky breaks DJ scene of the western Canadian circuit where he&rsquo;s brought his funky styles to festivals like Curiosity, FozzyFest, Freezerburn, Vibrant and shared stages with funky DJs/Producer like: Askillz, Featurecast, Father Funk, JFB, Megan Hamilton, Phibes, WBBL, Woofax and more.

The EP is featuring 3 originals joints from FunkinRight that fully showcases his unique type of funy bass music.
