Today I'm doing a 1966 song by the band 'Left Banke' called "Walk Away Renee". There is argument as to who wrote it; either Michael Brown or Tony Sansone.  Michael says he wrote it because of a band groupie he was infatuated with. Tony says he wrote it with the Beatles "Michelle" hit in mind. Either way, enjoy my version.

Charlie Pride sang "She's just an old Love turned memory" in 1977 and It hit number one on the country charts. Like many of the songs I sing, I would prefer a different key, but I've got to sing it in whatever is available.  Y'all enjoy the result anyway!
