Gary Charbonneau is a documentary filmmaker. He recently found himself in a legal battle over his latest documentary, "Doc VAU", against the Vancouver Aquarium. Gary talks about some of the key issues in his film, as well as the recent decision from the Vancouver Park Board to vote in favour of a cetacean ban at the Vancouver Aquarium.
