Counterpoint kicks off the fall season with the return of one of our most prominent core artists - Nemy. Following up on his single with us last year, he delivers the perfect epilogue with another 2 tracks which showcase his unceasing musical evolution.

Since he last released on Counterpoint, Serbia based Nemanja "Nemy” Brakovic has been pushing the boundaries of his sound design. During this process he has made major steps forward in fine tuning the balance between more technical and creative aspects of his sonics. His hard work has been building an increasing amount of interest and reflecting on what seems to be an exponential career. During the last year he has secured releases on a number of renowned labels and has been featured on UKF’s – “We need to talk about” article series.

Whilst working with our core artists, our main concern is to deliver a 20/20 perspective of the Counterpoint bassline groove and this single in another perfect of it!

Survival - Stalking

Drum and bass music in Andalusia has never stopped orbiting, and in recent years, a multitude of incredible and talented producers have emerged on the scene to prove it.
We humbly try to accommodate many of them, and one of our favorite artists, whom we admire and love, is G.P.M. Originally from Malaga, he returns to South Yard presenting his second E.P, South Side, which refers to all this fervor that is brewing in southern Spain when we talk about Drum and Bass.

G.P.M presents his second E.P, South Side, a work that reflects the evolution, maturity, and authenticity of the artist, both externally with this sound design, drums, and bass, and internally with deeper maturity. G.P.M has created four amazing tracks that represent him completely; two darker and two more cheerful and carefree, as he is: Genuine and Andalusian.

On February 28th in Spain, Andalusia Day is celebrated, and we couldn’t have a better gift and representation than this work.

Peeling back another hidden layer, Identity Records brings you four cold cuts from the heavyweight known as Drelio. Bringing his own blend of deep subs and buzzsaw blasts of noise, he runs amok through the dark side and showcases a serious passion as well as knowledge of the minimal sound. Continuing the collaborative project started in 2018, the long-awaited Watermark Volume 2 is here.

Amoss & Fre4knc join forces once more, to deliver another release demonstrating exactly why the first volume was such a success. This combination of producers consistently deliver their own, heavyweight sound, with ‘Question Answer’ and ‘Confront’ being no exception to the rule.

The pair are also joined by Swift for the menacing collaboration ‘Face Reality’.
