ELSWHR改865-349 is a sonic neon garden in bloom, saturated in soothing harp strings, white noise, and clashing temperaments, pulling together a youthful collage of 90s rave, dream-pop, and acoustic ambiance.

You can almost see the cascading neon lights of Tokyo at night as the EP rushes through moods of calmness, melancholy, and ecstasy before slowing down again into a tranquil state. It's a journey, a dialog between a peaceful garden and a restless city.

"Life in Warp" is the debut album from the Portuguese producer “A lake by the mõõn”. Every sound (like literally every sound, every kick, synth, etc) you hear in the record was created from field recordings of living beings that are, or have been, endangered since the beginning of the Anthropocene.
Some of the sounds in the album were kept untouched from their original field recording, and others went through various processes of extreme digital manipulation in order to be transformed into all sorts of material. Blending the raw and processed sounds, the animal’s voices are recontextualized from their collapsing ecosystems into a new world of organic electronic music.

“Life in Warp” invites you to observe and experience wildlife in a new way, it invites you to pay deep attention to what sound has to teach us about the state of our planet, it gives you a chance to listen to the frightened sounds of the beings that have been ignored and tortured for far too long. In hopes that this album will give you courage to act against our’s and other beings' extinction.
We are facing the worst crisis humanity has ever seen. There are more than 1 million endangered species on the planet right now. Since 1970 Earth has lost 60% of all animal life. We are living through the 6th mass extinction. We urgently need to stop, listen, imagine and act. We manifest against the narratives of fatalism and of fake hopes!

After releasing her first tape “Fugue: Some Temporal Patterns Other Than the Forward March” on Genot Centre in 2017, artist and musician Johanna Odersky returns with another full-length album. The Städelschule sudent, who works primarily with sculptures,  continues to explore the silhouettes separating internal and external worlds and the mechanisms of inclusion, exclusion and domestication they reveal, on her self-titled album ‘Iku’. Her audio work can be described as a mishmash of associative samples, which Iku carefully weaves into a complex entanglement of emotionally charged sounds. While her first album relies heavily on blissfully arranged ambient pieces, the artist began to involve her own voice as a center piece in the “Body Horror” EP, which was released by berlin-based Creamcake last year.
The self-titled album feels like a sophisticated continuation of tracks like “À Tes Yeux” and her early work on Fugue, combining french pop vibes with classical instruments and gloomy spoken-word snippets, forming sonic material, which arises from sketches of Iku’s inner. Odersky takes us on a travel through a hypnagogic realm, which is full of contrasts and uncertain atmospheres.

Iku’s self-titled album ‘Iku’ will be released on May 17th, 2019 and will be premiered at Hyperreality 2019.
