Born atop the forgotten ruins of a crumbling city, a new civilization had emerged from the ruin wrought by demonkind upon the landscape that lay beneath them. Lead by their prophets of a new and powerful faith, the people of this civilization had risen up against the demon kings, wielding the magic of their divine allies as weapons with which to exorcise their being once more from the land. This war though hard fought had born fruit, and with the slaying of the final demon the people had rejoiced, celebrating their victories with monumental constructions to mark the beginning of a new and golden era. Foremost of these was the great cathedral that lay at the heart of their new city, built both as a space of worship for the populace and as an eternal ward of imprisonment for the souls of demonkind which could not be slain, forever condemning them to an incorporeal existence under the watchful eye of the divine.

Ages had passed since then, and time had once again ground its steady edge against the minds of the people and upon the stones and timbers that had supported the great city for so long. Ritual had been forgotten, and structures of greater grandeur had been built as the city expanded, relegating it’s once monumental cathedral to neglect. Thus it was that the falling of only a single candle had lit an aged timber in it’s great hall, in so doing weakening the ancient wards that had kept the demonic spirits at bay. Ever vigilant in their ceaseless desire to escape, the demon kings fanned this flame with their focused ire, nurturing it from a single mote into a overwhelming conflagration that tore at the runic chains that had bound them for so long. Before long, the roaring of the flames was augmented by the howls of demonic spirits set free from a millennia of imprisonment, their visages taking form in the fire as manifestations of their burning rage. As the inferno bellowed ever higher, the city cowered in fear, for it was clear that the time of DIVERGENCE had come once more.

EATBRAIN unleashes the full fury of their horde with the fourth installment in their DIVERGENCE compilation series, a gargantuan 26 track compilation filled to the brim with new tracks from EATBRAIN mainstays and newcomers alike. Brought together by their affinities for EATBRAIN’s unrestrained neurofunk sound, the artists within deliver a tour de force of the label’s guiding philosophy with ferocious basslines and terrifying sonic atmospheres alike, delivering a mammoth series of tracks set to inspire the fervor of the label’s horde in the months to come.

To end the year in style, The Clamps is delivering a new 6 tracks EP on Kosenprod.
Starting with the title track "All For Us", he brings us in a dark and dystopian world, while "After The Sun" takes us in an emotionnal solar storm.
Then, he turns down a bit the BPM on “Now Can’t You See”, in collaboration with brand new project Jaḍāna, in a fusion with breakbeat jungle and blues jazz.
"Echo Of Time" continues in a modern and cold atmosphere, to be warmed by "Heart Of Tomorrow", which pushes us in a bass deflagration teinted of Rave vibes.
To finish, he closes the Ep with "My Life" in featuring LiL_V1sion where Techno meets Drum & Bass artifacts.

Beneath the exacting gaze of a high precision microscope, new life was brought into focus by the practiced hands of one of the world’s foremost biologists. Returned from a distant earthlike planet that had recently been reached via the recent invention of faster-than-light travel and the “Rapido!” drive that enabled it, the lifeform that lay encased within the glass of a petri dish was unlike anything that the biologist had seen before. Its body was formed of a crystalline lattice of substructures of varying hardnesses, which layered themselves in a hexagonal mesh to form the creature’s physically impenetrable exoskeleton. Using the microscope’s various electromagnetic spectrum filters, the biologist was further able to discern that the being’s nervous system was predicated upon a similar crystalline formation, albeit one significantly more flexible than the creature’s outer layer.

What vexed him, however, was the way in which this inner system seemed to respond to the microscope’s gaze. Directly beneath the device’s focal point was an inexplicable locus of neural energy, a hotbed of the organism’s rather simple electrochemical nervous system. This point persisted throughout various spectral analyses and even seemed to adapt to the type of analyses being employed at any given time, akin almost to an attempt at communication. Moreso, the intensity of energy at this point seemed to increase as time went on. The biologist ruminated on the implications of these readings before tuning his microscope to a specific, focused, electromagnetic frequency band aimed directly at the being’s core. It was then that, as though in objection to being subjected to such scrutinous study of its inner workings, the organism’s exoskeleton underwent a rapid change and unhinged along its crystalline axes as it expelled a multitude of spiny protrusions wrought from the complexity of its prior form. Like shards of impossibly sharp obsidian, these spikes pierced through the metallic construction of the microscope with ease, traveling almost instantaneously up the tool’s central shaft before piercing through the skull of the biologist with impossible precision, severing the optic nerve that so allowed him to gaze upon their form. Then, in an instant, they receded and recompiled themselves once more, inert upon the petri dish as they had been but moments before.

INTERCEPT follows up on his appearance on EATBRAIN’s Divergence IV compilation with INFINITY, his first full EP on the label. Featuring three tracks including a collaboration with fellow EATBRAIN artist and previous collaborator LIVEON, INFINITY serves as an introduction to the sheer sonic energy of INTERCEPT’s production for the ever-curious ears of the EATBRAIN horde.

First up, we have well known UK producer Stonx with his track “No Funk, No Soul,” which Stonx himself commented on as follows:

Od našeho prvního releasu hymny “𝕴𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓” uběhla již nějaká doba a my se rozhodli pokračovat a udělat 𝕮𝖔𝖗𝖗𝖚𝖕𝖙𝖊𝖉 𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖊𝖗 platformou, kde mohou umělci ze scény realizovat své nápady.
Jako prvního tady máme UK producenta Stonxe se svým trackem “No funk, no Soul,” který sám Stonx okomentoval následovně:

“‘No Funk No Soul’ ukazuje, že i v této digitální éře je duch funku stále živý a vitální. Je to energická, vtipná a rebelská hymna, která zaplní taneční parkety a rozproudí mozkové závity.”

Dj/Productor de Sevilla (España). Desde muy pequeño empezó a sentirse atraido por la música electrónica observando a su tío, Interagent (Berlín), mezclar sus vinilos.

Su primera experiencia fué con el grupo Diversity en 2010 dedicado al sonido Breakbeat. Tras varios años de evolución y aprendizaje decide dedicarse en exclusiva al genero Drum & Bass, creando en 2014 la promotora Jack The Ripper Events, con la que lleva más de 8 años trayendo artistas de primer nivel a su ciudad, y formando el grupo Aimlessly Team.

Pero es en Mayo de 2016 cuando decide iniciar su carrera en solitario bajo el nombre de Vandermou. 

Desde esa fecha hasta la actualidad, ha conseguido hacerse un hueco en la escena de la ciudad, actuando en la gran mayoría de clubs y grandes eventos del estilo (Dub Elements & Friends). Eso le ha dado oportunidad para actuar también en otras ciudades españolas (Barcelona, Malaga, Granada, Jaen, Cadiz, Huelva y Córdoba) y en paises como Croacia (Outlook Festival 2016 y 2017) y Reino Unido.

Sus sets destacan por la rapidez y contundencia, pudiendo escuchar la gran mayoría de los estilos de Neurofunk.

En cuanto a producción, busca esa misma variedad creando tracks de estilos Neurofunk y Deep. En Junio de 2017 sacó su primer EP a la venta por el sello Nagual Recordings y actualmente cuenta con otras referencias en sellos como FMR, Black Monsta Records, Histeria Records, Nu Error Audio, Wild Ravers Records, Melting Pot Records, Gutting Audio, Suspect Device Music, Wharf Recordings, Drumad y Space Pirate Recordings.

En Marzo de 2020 creó su último proyecto, Gutting Audio. Un nuevo sello discográfico dedicado a los sonidos neurofunk.
