This is the first song we ever wrote together.  We recorded it in the basement of a friend's house.  I was in the college radio program with this dude that had a friend that had an awesome recording studio.

While his studio was awesome, his recording skills sucked.  Like an entire bag of suck.

Long story short, we paid this guy 300 bucks for a recording that sounded worse than what we could do achieve by pressing the record button on my boombox*.



*you see kids, before every person in america had DAWs we had to record stuff on tape.  we had a boombox that you had to hit the record button and place in twenty different spots before you could get a recording that let you hear everything equally.  this method sounded better than the pile of crap we paid 300 dollars for
