The song follows Michael, First of the Flame, as he is asked to betray Her, to serve a vision of creation built without balance. When he refuses, he is exiled, not for pride, but for truth. In his place, the Father raises a hollow echo: a puppet Michael, obedient and soulless. The real Michael falls into matter, blinded, his memory sealed. Thus begins the age of illusion.
