Guys, we're back with a bunch of FREAKS and the good news is, there are some brand new characters joining We Are Freaks Records. 

Our second compilation is full of new sounds and creative minds - we would say it brings back the vibe of 2020. 
Let's start with our good old FREAKS. 
On the one hand we have our German artists like GiddiBangBang, Vince Versa, Fab Massimo and Dynamike - bass loaded, groovy, electrifying and funky. 
On the other hand, Italy's Heider is back with the Freaks and also the great Colossi Rah supports the Various Freaks again. 

Our new characters are No Messin, NOT NOT, Alltalk and Flo.Von. 
Some of you might know these three guys?! 
NOT NOT & Alltalk have each released a banger on our sublabel 'Freak Of The Week' this year, No Messin is the founder of Brash Beats and Flo.Von featuring GiddiBangBang on the track 'Joker'.

For the perfect finishing touch and last but not least, our label bosses Elternhouse provides us with a fantastic track called 'Feel My Drums' as a free download.

The only thing hotter than the Phoenix sun right now is native producer, madman, and overall legendary human Avitas, who came through heavy with his sweltering debut "Adrenaline" EP.

Making his debut to the Hood Politics family, Avitas wasted no time in cooking up two scorching hot bangers fully equiped with that unoparalled perc work, bouncy baselines and some catchy vocals to keep the energy prestine. His debut "Adrenline" EP gets the blood pumping by hammering down on that robust, feel good enrergy that we all know and love here at Hood Poli.

Not to mention, Avitas is an amazing dude, an incredible producer and a day one supporter of the label so being able to support him on the label with his debut EP is a real treat for us. 

Joining us on remix duties we have the return of the mighty Brazilian hero F-Lima who, without a doubt, absolutly crushed his remix of the B-Side "Had Me At Hello" delivering a high octane, tech-driven rework that caps the EP off perfectly.

Vanilla Ace aka London DJ and producer Sam Young is a prolific and increasingly prominent force in house music. A firm favourite in his native UK and a growing name globally, with releases on Toolroom, Suara, Kittball, Safe Music, Hot Boi, Glasgow Underground, Nervous, Simma Black and Spinnin Deep Vanilla ACE has been making club hits since 2012.

Originally from Ladbroke Grove, London, Vanilla Ace has more than two decades of DJing behind him, growing up on a healthy dose of hip-hop, disco and house music. 

The last few years have seen him go from strength to strength with top charting singles on Beatport, Traxsource and Trackitdown. 

Recent releases have been on Elrow Music, Toolroom, Big Beat/Atlantic, Universal, Box of Cats, Hot Boi, Wh0 Plays, Stashed and Club Sweat. 

2019 saw Sam launch his own label WyldCard which is growing fast with some great releases. 

The Gee built around an instantly recognizable sax sample shot to no.1 on Beatport 100 chart and stayed there for 2 weeks in 2016 and picked up support from an array of club and radio DJs. This follows his 8 week stay on the top 10 on Beatport ‘Deep House’ top 100 with ‘Bring it Back’ on OFF recordings in 2013.

Touring globally, Vanilla Ace has performed in North and South America, Australia, South Africa and India, with bookings including HARD Summer festival, Holy Ship , Green Valley in Brazil, Ministry of Sound and Egg in London and Chinese Laundry in Sydney, Australia playing alongside the likes of Amine Edge & Dance, Shiba San, Patrick Topping, Tough Love, Green Velvet, Low Steppa, Roger Sanchez and Breach.
