Whats up LAMP Fam! We have a new guest mix for you this week from LA Based No Pants Party. We are super excited to have the girls on the series so we can share their music with you. Coming from Seattle Jamie and Kiraleigh have settled here in LA and are making quite the splash. Having performed at all the top venues here in LA including Exchange, Academy , and my favorite Sound Nightclub the duo’s love of kick ass basslines and infectious grooves have helped them garner all the right attention as they build their reputation and grow their fan base.

Outside of being kickass DJ’s they are also gaining reputation with their production skills. Recently they had a major release with Toolroom Records arguably one of the top labels in the world for House and Techno music. In partnership with one of our favorites and another recent guest mix artist here on LAMP Vanilla Ace. Additionally they have had some killer releases with Wyldcard, Krafted, Late Night Munchies and OFDM. With two of their releases for Wyldcard charting on beatport, it makes these ladies and act to keep your eye on. Especially if you are a fan of in your face, unapologetic, booty shaking house music.

With a slew of unreleased material and a forthcoming remix on WyldCard in the pipeline, No Pants Party promises to make music lovers dance their pants off, whether that’s in the safety of their own homes or – finally – unleashed back onto the dance floors we all know, love and miss. Vanilla Ace aka London DJ and producer Sam Young is a prolific and increasingly prominent force in house music. A firm favourite in his native UK and a growing name globally, with releases on Toolroom, Suara, Kittball, Safe Music, Hot Boi, Glasgow Underground, Nervous, Simma Black and Spinnin Deep Vanilla ACE has been making club hits since 2012.

Originally from Ladbroke Grove, London, Vanilla Ace has more than two decades of DJing behind him, growing up on a healthy dose of hip-hop, disco and house music. 

The last few years have seen him go from strength to strength with top charting singles on Beatport, Traxsource and Trackitdown. 

Recent releases have been on Elrow Music, Toolroom, Big Beat/Atlantic, Universal, Box of Cats, Hot Boi, Wh0 Plays, Stashed and Club Sweat. 

2019 saw Sam launch his own label WyldCard which is growing fast with some great releases. 

The Gee built around an instantly recognizable sax sample shot to no.1 on Beatport 100 chart and stayed there for 2 weeks in 2016 and picked up support from an array of club and radio DJs. This follows his 8 week stay on the top 10 on Beatport ‘Deep House’ top 100 with ‘Bring it Back’ on OFF recordings in 2013.

Touring globally, Vanilla Ace has performed in North and South America, Australia, South Africa and India, with bookings including HARD Summer festival, Holy Ship , Green Valley in Brazil, Ministry of Sound and Egg in London and Chinese Laundry in Sydney, Australia playing alongside the likes of Amine Edge & Dance, Shiba San, Patrick Topping, Tough Love, Green Velvet, Low Steppa, Roger Sanchez and Breach.
