Vanqør, whose real name is Can, was born and raised in Cologne, Germany, in 1999, with Turkish roots shaping his background. His journey into music production began in 2012 when he first joined SoundCloud.

Since 2019, he has been creating music for his good friend MurkOOt, though the two have never met in person. Every sound, arrangement, and production is entirely his own work, crafted with a deep sense of artistic intuition. Rather than adhering to a specific genre, his music revolves around unique and immersive storytelling. However, strong electronic elements, such as Drum & Bass and Wobstep, often define his sound, seamlessly blending with chilled Wave influences—or sometimes, a fusion of both.
