Artist Statement – ECHOIONPULSE

This album wasn’t built by AI, but it’s not hiding from it either. Tracks like ECHOIONPULSE were shaped the old way: hours inside a DAW, raw loops pulled from Splice, arranged, sculpted, and tuned until they moved something deep — even without caffeine. I’ve felt goosebumps on the road from this one. No filter, no shot of espresso. Just that feeling that the track lives.

Tools like LANDR helped shape other parts of this project. Adrenaline-code machines, like factory workers moving faster than thought. But the soul’s still human. Even after a stroke, with one side of me slower now, music gives me full access again. Maybe even better access. Wiser ears. Tighter focus.

Technology is just an extension of the instinct. Whether it’s a ukulele or a beat from Splice, if you’ve got an ear, you’ve got a voice. This album is mine.

Next to playing at several events and parties he shares his own mixes on Soundcloud and is a regular guest dj on international radio shows .
Since 2016 he produces his own tracks under the name Vanriksem .
