Between Maloya, Juke and modern bass music lies the peculiar, exciting niche that Boogzbrown is cutting out for himself. "Fleurs“ is the first single off his EP “3883“ that bounces between polyrhythms, organic grooves and ravey, modern synthesis, uniting influences from growing up in La Reunion with the hyperconnected dance music of the internet age. 

Known as part of the visual and street artist duo Kid Kreol & Boogie from La Reunion, BoogzBrown has worked as a designer and directed a video for Labelle on InFiné. Two tracks of him were included on InFiné's critically acclaimed Digital Kabar compilation in 2019. The same year, he partnered with Cubenx for the Antipode EP, a live collaboration organized by Electropicales festival in Saint Denis (Reunion Island). He is considered today as an actor of the emerging Electro-Maloya and Digital Kabar scene.

Finnish composer Sasu Ripatti returns in late summer with Tummaa, his first album as Vladislav Delay since 2007’s Whistleblower. The new album marks a significant shift in emphasis in this acclaimed musician’s work, reflecting a renewed interest in jazz and acoustic performance: Tummaa is far more organic and live-sounding than anything he’s done before.
